RELIC MARE

BORN IN THE MEDITERRANEAN

History

RELIC MARE’s beers (reliquia de mar, in latin) are 100% handmade following the Mediterranean Ale style. They were created from the wishful thinking of a friends group that wants to pay homage to our Mediterranean sea (Mare Nostrum). A sea that has been the cradle of fisherman and businessman, from the Phoenician until romans going through the Egyptians and the Carthaginians.  All of them navigated for its waters letting in each harbor the most appreciated of its culture.

Creating handmade beers have been our small homage to those intrepid navigators. Caring about the profession of the beer’s masters, with a selection of the bests brewer’s yeasts derived from the Mediterranean countries which have a wide beer tradition.  With them we want to cultivate the palates that dare to discover new flavors and want to immerse in a sensational and emotional sea. Savoring the RELIC MARE with rum, a huge pleasure as a result of the imaginary of the prestigious Cuban rum master Juan Alberto Álvarez, or the RELIC MARE with vermut, an enigmatic savor.
